PAT testing in Colchester
PAT testing that works round your day
We are in business too, so we know testing should not stop yours. Appointments fit your working day, and out-of-hours testing can be arranged.
What every test includes
- 01
Visual inspection
Flexes, plugs and casings checked for damage, signs of faults and correct wiring.
- 02
Meter tests
Earth continuity, polarity, insulation resistance and earth leakage, as each item needs.
- 03
Label and plug
A label on every item, with plug tops and fuses replaced where needed.
- 04
Printed record
Every appliance with a reference number, location and test date.
We keep track, so you don't have to
The printed record lets you see if appliances have gone missing between tests. We diarise your next test date and get in touch in good time each year to book it in.
Getting a price
Charges are mostly based on the number of items, and often there is no minimum charge. Have a rough count ready when you call. Don't forget the phone chargers, the spare kettle and the Christmas tree lights in the stationery cupboard.
